We'll send you SMS and email updates at just about every step of your order's journey. You can also track it by login into the website from order history under My Account section or by entering your order number or AWB in “Track your order” section.
Generally, it takes up to 2 business days to process an order.

It simply means that we're still locating item(s) listed in your order. We send SMS and email updates regarding order status every few days to keep you in the know.
Once an order has been submitted, you have 30 minutes to cancel any item that has not shipped; give us a call if you need to do so. In the event where you cannot reach us within that time, you will have the option of returning/exchanging your order. Visit our Return Policy for additional details.
Orders placed will be delivered within 6 business days from the date your order was placed (1-2 business days for handling and up to 4 business days of transit time).
